Nonnie began his career at Gene Juarez academy in 2021. Nonnie continues to impress with his natural ability to understand the art of hairdressing and connect with people. Nonnie is a quick study and is taking in all the industry has to offer.

A note from Nonnie:

"Sometimes dreams and reality do not come together until we make the dreams come true.
Since I was young, I have always had a passion for doing hair. But my parents have already written about my future. They wanted me to become a businessman, and I did what they wanted me to be. However, when I have free time, I sneak into the salon, hang out with my mom's stylist, and volunteer to help her clean the salon just because I want to talk with her about being a hairstylist and learning from her. Then, I go back to practice on my friend's and my brother's hair. This made me realize that I am happier being a stylist than a businessman.
So, I started following my dream and making it come true. It's never too late to follow your dreams and create something you always wanted. Working hard for something you love is passion, and I have always had a passion for hair."
